We\u00a0accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item\u00a0is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).\u00a0Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.\u00a0To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund will be processed in 7-15 working days.\u00a0For Delivered orders there will be partial refund (only applicable to non-customized products) only after deducting shipping &amp; handling charges.\u00a0There are cheap &amp; duplicate products available in market, We don\u2019t accept return or refund request on basis of their comparison to our products.\u00a0Please Note We are only able to send refunds after 60 days of order shipping date.\u00a0Late or missing refunds (if applicable)\u00a0If refund hasn\u2019t been received\u00a0yet, first recheck the bank account.\u00a0Then contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. During the on-going COVID-19 Pandemic and related lockdowns and restrictions, no orders will be cancelled due to delayed processing\/fulfilment\/dispatch or delayed delivery. We will do our best to fulfil and dispatch as many orders as we can while following the local authority and Indian Government laws set to keep COVID-19 under control.<\/p><p>Exchanges (if applicable)<\/p><p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
